Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You can find our e-mail address at the top of the imprint.

We will always try to come to an agreement with you. If, exceptionally, we are unable to resolve your concern satisfactorily, you are of course free to take legal action. We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for contents
